This crazy looking bug was hanging out at my house on Sunday. I have no idea what it is. Not a bee. Could be a beetle?
I came home last night to discover that my housemate and her boyfriend were making pickles from out garden cucumbers. While I’m sorry I missed out on the fun, I’m pretty happy about the eating prospects!
I picked these from my garden this morning before work. The phlox is everywhere, and smells fantastic.
